"IF THEY CAN DO IT, SO CAN I" how Neha Bhandari founded StylizedU

In Nov 2014 I met Madhumalti Sharma at a ladies Luncheon, where we spoke about our interests & what we do professionally. She mentioned about an event being held the very next day at Vapiano gare - a collaborated event between Mumpreneurs & Girls in Tech. It sounded interesting & the event timing was perfect (while my kids were at school). So, I decided to attend it. And, that's how I met the fabulous crew of MUMPRENEURS!

When & who inspired you to open your company? I listened carefully to all the speakers that morning... They all had amazing stories to tell. But, the ones that caught my attention were the inspiring journeys of Nuvola baby & Gia in style because they were in my area of work/ interest- image consultancy & personal styling.

That noon, the thought i left that meeting with was - "IF THEY CAN DO IT, SO CAN I". I already had my business idea in mind. So, I got straight into action- finalized my company name,logo, email account, website & fb page! And, in 2 months I was ready!

How do you feel about having own company? I love the freedom that comes along with having one’s own company- I have found my work/life balance. And, at the same time I am following my passion!

I feel pride in building something of my own and hope to keep at it with same or greater enthusiasm. My special thanks to Mumpreneur’s team for giving me the much desired last push. And to my friends & my family for their support!
